A dream wedding and a dream experience...
Marie and Robbie's wedding was a first for me and one that I will never forget. This was my first destination wedding and as a wedding photographer, being able to photograph a wedding outside of the country you live in is something that has been on my career bucket list for years. I was able to spend 5 days at the Catalonia Grand Costa Mujures Resort in Cancun Mexico and it was nothing short of spectacular. The food was incredible, the pools were amazing and the rooms were beautiful. And the cherry on top of this was top notch clients!
I started off Marie and Robbie's wedding day hanging out with the boys getting ready, then walked over to the honeymoon suite to hangout with the girls. The weather was beautiful - very warm with a breeze and the sun shone the whole afternoon. M and R's ceremony was super special, surrounded by their closest friends and family outlooking the ocean. After the ceremony wrapped up and we were done with photos, we headed to their outdoor reception where the speeches took place and a very special karaoke moment happened lol. I walked away from this wedding with my heart full. I am so grateful I was able to connect with Marie and Robbie the way I did and dare I say I want a destination wedding myself when it's my turn!
