Happy 2021!
I am kicking off this years batch of blog posts with the Pfeifer family! 2020 was a different year for photoshoots and I when I was allowed to shoot again, I was glad I got to meet up with Jill and Brett. A few years ago I had the pleasure of second shooting their wedding with my good friend Sarah and I am glad that I was asked to capture more special memories in their lives. Baby Lennon was full of smiles and of course their dog Ollie was a great addition to their photoshoot.
Here's a quick tip about my photography style. My approach to newborn photoshoots is very candid. I love to photograph a baby naturally, rather than putting them in a basket and posing them. I am totally not saying that those photos aren't cute, but those take a level of expertise and I have chosen a more natural route when photographing babies. I just love the connection between parents and baby in their natural environment, it gives me all the feels!
