A couple that knows how to have a good time...
From the moment I spoke with Steven and Svetlana, I knew that there wedding would be a good one. And it did not disappoint. I started off the day at Sveta and Steven's home for some getting ready photos with Sveta and her bridesmaids. My second shooter Sarah headed to hang with the guys while they got ready. I then headed to Timber Barn with the girls to finish up getting ready and then the festivities really kicked off! Sveta and Steven opted for a first look so while Sveta hid away, the wedding party and Steven played traditional Russian wedding games with Sveta's Mom and Grandmother. I thought this was such a personal touch and also so fun! Before the first look, Sveta's brother decided to put on a dress and surprise Steven with their own first look which had everyone cracking up. Finally, it was Sveta's time to shine and their first look went off without a hitch. It was such a sweet moment in front of friends and family. Fast forward through the ceremony - sentimental vows were exchanged, excitement filled the air and Sveta and Steven were officially declared husband and wife! I loved everything about the day, and I wish them nothing but happiness going forward! Enjoy the photos.
